Manage and coordinate Quality Center transformation training and curriculum, including collection and management of data related to trainings, online platform, and projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage the development of blended learning programs, including but not limited to, e- courses, microlearning, podcasts, and webinars
  • Support the transition of existing content into dynamic learning experiences
  • Support the creation of new, engaging learning activities and compelling learning forum content
  • Develop curriculum, facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, handouts and training documents to support learning curriculum
  • Prepare and/or coach in audio recordings and podcasts, including content feedback
  • Identify recommended tools and resources to enhance or complement developed content
  • Stay abreast of scientific literature for key domains of the Value Transformation

Framework

  • Assist in crafting marketing messages
  • Support writing, editing, and formatting of training materials for learning communities
  • Create systems to collect, track, and report data from learning communities, online platform and other project data
  • Generate ongoing reports, noting trends and patterns that could drive program improvements
  • Create and maintain multiple databases, including contacts, project participants, and resource materials
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Provide support to project evaluation activities
  • Ensure products are delivered on time and of high quality
  • Monitor adherence to funder expectations on deliverables, reports, and budgets
  • Assist in grant writing, reports, collecting and documenting deliverables, and monitoring invoices
  • Other duties as assigned

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

 

Education

 

  • Master’s or advanced degree

 

Experience/Ability/Knowledge

 

  • At least 3 years’ work experience in designing health care programs, instructional design, health care communication, or a related field
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in development of content in Audacity
  • Experience in development and use of Docebo
  • Demonstrated application of adult learning theories to relevant training needs
  • Experience editing and designing user-centric, easy-to-understand implementation guides
  • High degree of independence, flexibility, initiative and commitment
  • Proactive, motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, self-manages multiple priorities simultaneously under deadlines
  • Accuracy with work, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Experience with health centers and/or primary care associations, a plus
  • Ability to self-manage multiple priorities, simultaneously, under tight deadlines
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Willing and able to travel approximately 10% of the time
